We bring in top leaders in the fields of sacred sexuality, personal development, tantra and shamanism, some traveling from long distances.

Event Times: arrive by 2 pm for a 3:30 pm start on Nov 12th, ends by 1 pm on Nov 18.

This retreat includes:

  • 6 night accommodations
  • 3 meals per day
  • Full day transformational process and teachings

We have a some pricing options with special pricing for repeat participants, and young adults aged 18-25. This is priced slightly higher than some ISTA trainings, because of the limited space.

$600.00 US deposit per person secures your place.

Special Registration- Get $ off Regular admission if you are:

*Repeat Level 2 participants- $1850 US, First 3 applicants

*Young Adult aged 18-25 (availability limited) -$2400 US, first 3 applicants

*ISTA Faculty $950 (limited to one)

*ISTA Apprentice $1300 (limited to 2)

Airfare and airport transfers to the venue are not included. Shuttles cost $50 one way per person, or $30 each for more than one person.  Or you can sign up on our ride board to share with other participants.  You may need to hire an Uber or Lyft driver if you are arriving at a time where there is no shuttle, and we will help you share that ride if possible.

The site is 90 minutes from the Portland, OR airport.

Payment options include Venmo, Bank transfers, credit card or check.  Sorry, no Paypal. You will get an email with more details when you are notified that you have a spot!

You will get an automatic reply email after you fill out the application telling you some steps to take now.  Look in your spam if you don't see it.


This is a summary.

We will be taking many steps to insure all of our safety, including:

*requiring a period of relative self seclusion for 7 days beforehand including:

*refraining from risky practices such as going to large events with people you are not familiar with, 

*practicing social distancing when around public groups for the week before the event, 

*avoiding anyone who is sick, 

*we recommend, but don't require, getting a COVID test a within 3 days before the event and bringing the negative results with you, or being careful for 2 weeks beforehand.

*We will do a rapid testing of everyone the day the event starts at the site, regardless of vaccination status.

*If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the training.  Refer to the refund policy below for details about this situation.

We all want to feel safe to explore and connect with each other! We know people have different beliefs around COVID and being safe with it, and we ask you to please abide by these guidelines to protect the organizers and other attendees.

 You may choose varying options, and prices below are for 6 nights during the training.
Bedding, mattresses and towels will be provided.
If you must have access to electricity, please note that on your registration.


Bring an RV or Tent

RV Parking or Tenting Discount:
$200 off of $2350 tickets only. You bring all your own bedding, towels etc.


Dorm or Bunkhouse Room

Most dorm rooms have four - 6 beds (either as bunks or standalone).  We will put only 2 or 3 people in each room for more distancing.  Bunkhouses are large rooms with many beds, but we will only use a few spots there.

Each dorm floor has a shared hall bathroom.

Private Single Room

If you need a private room, we have a limited number of them.  Extra $300 charge, for one or two people.


Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

A commitment to any of the ISTA Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Trainings is a deep commitment to yourself.  It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to these training, it is no accident.  

If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have your payment applied to any future ISTA training, festival or conference anywhere in the world, minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc).  Or we can refund a portion of your payment according to the following schedule.  

Cancellation 90 Days or More Before the Event- before July 10 2022

Full refund minus $150 Administration fee and bank costs

Or choose to have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $75 Admin fee and bank costs.


Cancellation 60 - 90 Days Before the Event – between August 11- Sept 10

Full refund minus $300 Administration fee and bank costs.

Or choose to have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $150 Admin fee and bank costs.


Cancellation 30 - 60 Days Before the Event- between Sept 11- Oct 10

50% Refund. Or choose to have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $300 Admin fee and bank costs. 


Balance is due Oct 11th.


Cancellation 15-30 Days Before the Event- between Oct 11- Oct 25

35% refund.  The balance of your payment can be forwarded to a future ISTA training of your choice or refunded minus $300 fees and bank costs. 

If we can find someone to fill your spot, you will be fully refunded minus $300 and bank costs..


Cancellation 0 - 14 Days Before the Event - Oct 26 - Nov 11   

– No refunds or forwarding to other trainings are available for cancellations in the last 2 weeks, unless it is because of COVID (see below), OR

If we can fill your spot with someone else, we will refund you the whole price less $300 admin costs, or you can transfer your funds to another training. 


Full refund means: you get back the total you paid, minus bank or credit card fees:  including your full payment, deposit and admin fee.  Or you may choose to transfer your funds to another training.


Cancellation due to Positive COVID test or illness in the last 2 weeks before the training: FAQ

Will I get a refund if my country requires me to get into quarantine when I return and I therefore decide not to attend the training?  NO, unless we can fill your spot, in which case you get a full refund minus $300 admin fees.

Will I get a refund if the airline cancels my ticket or my flight? NO, unless we can fill your spot in which case you get a full refund minus $300 admin fees.

Will I get a full refund (less any transaction fees) if my country's borders are closed?  YES

Will I get a full refund (less any transaction fees) if I get a positive COVID test in the last two weeks?  YES

Will I get a full refund (less any transaction fees) if I have COVID symptoms in the last two weeks (cough, difficulty breathing, runny nose, fever?  YES

Will I get a full refund (less any transaction fees) if the training is canceled for any reason?  YES
