Logistics and Pricing

Event Times: arrive by 3 pm on June 19th, ends by 12 pm on June 25

  • To reserve your spot on the waiting list: Fill out the Registration Form  but don't send a deposit.

Airfare and airport transfers to the venue are not included. Shuttles cost $30 one way per person, or $50 for two people, $70 for three.  Or you can sign up on our ride board.

The site is 90 minutes from the Portland, OR airport.

Payment options include Venmo, Facebook transfers, Bank transfers, Google Pay, credit card or check.

PRE-EVENT SAFETY AGREEMENTS

This is a summary.

We will be taking many steps to insure all of our safety, including:

*requiring a period of relative self seclusion for 10 days beforehand 

*refraining from risky practices such as going to large events with people you are not familiar with, 

*practicing social distancing when around others for the week before the event, 

*avoiding anyone who is sick, 

*we recommend getting a COVID test a within 3 days before the event and bringing the negative results with you, or secluding yourself for 2 weeks beforehand.

*We will do a rapid testing of everyone the day the event starts at the site. 

*If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the training.  Your money will be applied to other trainings, less the operating expenses, if you cancel within 15 days before the training.

We all want to feel safe to explore and connect with each other! We know people have different beliefs around COVID and being safe with it, and we ask you to please abide by these guidelines to protect the organizers and other attendees.

ACCOMMODATION:

 You may choose varying options, and prices below are for 6 nights during the training.
Bedding, mattresses and towels will be provided.
If you must have access to electricity, please note that on your registration.

Bring your own tent, mattress and camping gear. We have lovely private campground areas in a big meadow.   $150 off on all tickets except the first 6.

REGULAR HOUSING OPTIONS 

3. Dorm Room

Most dorm rooms have four - 6 beds (either as bunks or standalone).  We will put only 2 or 3 people in each room for more distancing.

Each dorm floor has a shared hall bathroom.

5. Private Single Room

If you need a private room, we have a limited number of them.  Extra $300 charge.

6. Cabin

If you need a private Cabin, we have a limited number of them.  Extra $300 charge. We may use them as dorms also.  They have metal bunk beds in them.  No electricity.

REFUND POLICY

Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

A commitment to any of the ISTA Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Trainings is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to these training, it is no accident.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have a percentage of your payment applied to any future ISTA training, festival or conference anywhere in the world, minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc). Or we can refund a portion of your payment according to the following schedule.

  If the world situation changes and we need to cancel the event at least one week before it starts, we will refund all money less our non-refundable expenses. 

Cancellation 90 Days or More Before the Event- before March 17, 2021
Full refund minus $150 Administration fee and bank costs
Or choose to have your funds applied to a future training of your choice, minus $75 Admin fee and bank costs.

60 days or more before the training –between March 19th and April 18, 2021

33% of your deposit or payment is retained. The balance of your payment could be forwarded to a future ISTA training, or refunded minus $150 Admin fee.

Cancellation 30 - 60 Days Before the Event- between April 19- May 18
50% of your deposit or payment is retained. The balance of 50% of your payment could be forwarded to a future ISTA training, or refunded minus $150 Admin fee.

30 to 15 days before the training –May 18-June 2

No Refund. 55% of your deposit or payment is retained.  You may have the remainder of your funds applied to a future ISTA training of your choice.

15 days or less before the training -June 3- June 18

No Refunds.  60% of your deposit or payment is retained. You may have the remainder of your funds applied to a future ISTA training of your choice.

If the training begins and we find someone tests positive for COVID and we need to isolate them, we can offer no refunds or transfers because the costs will all have been paid.
