Logistics and Pricing

We have a number of pricing options, with special pricing repeat participants, and young adults aged 18-25. Discounts are available for camping or RVs.

Tickets:

Super Earlybird = $1750 (limited to 5) 

Earlybird = $1850 (limited to 5) 

Regular admission  = $1950 

Returning/ Young Adult Liberation Participant =  $1650 (limited to 5)

Assistant (pre-approved by Stacy) $1350  (limited to 5)

Special for ISTA Faculty/apprentices/organizers $1650 (limited to 5)

Discounts available on regular tickets for camping or RV, and there is an extra cost for a private cabin.

Just send a Deposit when you are accepted into the training!

$600 Deposit is due to hold your spot. 

Balance is due by September 12th.

  • Event Times:There will be no exceptions for late arrivals or early departures except delayed flights. Please make arrangements to be here by 1pm the latest on 10/12 the training begins at 3pm and stay until 3pm on 10/17. Please have no extra commitments during the time of the workshop. You will not have time to attend to other responsibilities (ie work). 
  • Arrival/Check In: Please arrive between 11am and 1pm on October 12th. This is the check in window. Workshop Begins: 

    3pm October 12th. Please arrive at the workshop room at 2:50pm so that we can start promptly! Dinner will be at 7:00 pm on Oct 12.

  • Departure/ Workshop Ends: 2 pm October 17th. Lunch will not be served for participants that day, but we will have snacks. Plan to leave the property by 3pm.
  • To reserve your spot: Fill out the Application Form
  • Airfare and airport transfers to the venue are not included. Shuttles cost $50 one way

The site is 40 minutes from the Hilo, Hawaii airport. (Do not fly in to Kona, unless you want to rent a car and take a 3 hour ride to get to the east side of the island.)

Extra Days!  Rest, Relax and Relate!

In addition to our 6 day, 5 night Liberation training program, you have the opportunity to book your room extra days before, or 1 day after, at a reasonable cost of $115 per night including food, to enjoy the special beauty of the area!
Special preference will be given to those attending the Wild Womb Retreat, Oct 21-26 at the same venue.
Just contact the organizer, as early as possible, to arrange your stay.  It is recommended to also rent a car if you choose this option, as there are few buses.  Unless you just want to relax on our farm.

ACCOMMODATION:

This is a rustic venue in the tropical rainforest. It offers an immersion in green, wet and wild land, with small chirping frogs singing to you at night, a block from an active steam vent. There are no indoor bathrooms. Composting toilets recycle our waste and feed the trees.
You may choose varying options, and prices below are for 5 nights during the training.
Bedding, mattresses and towels will be provided unless you choose the self camping option.
If you must have access to electricity, please note that on your registration.

1. Your own tent

Bring your own tent, mattress and camping gear. We have lovely private campground areas.
Discount off the fee: $200, on full priced tickets only.

2. RVs of Off Site

REGULAR HOUSING OPTIONS 

3. Private Tent with tarp

We set up one of our tents for you, 1 to 3 people (check to see if available, and you can share this with a partner) No electricity. Includes bedding and mattress
$100 set up fee.

4. Quonset Huts

Large domed tents with beds on platforms, for 2-8 people, no electricity, no extra charge.

5. Indoor Dormitory, single beds

Beds for up to 7 people, near the kitchen so there is some early morning noise. Has electricity. No extra charge.

DELUXE HOUSING OPTIONS 

6. Private Cabin

Enjoy your own space in a private Cabin onsite. 4 available.
$250- 450 extra per couple/person, depending on size and amenities.

7. Super Deluxe Private Cabin

Enjoy your own space with a partner or alone,
in a private Cabin a 10 minute walk from the venue. Includes kitchenette and private bath.
$1000 extra per couple or $1200 for a single person. 2 available.

REFUND POLICY

Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

A commitment to the Liberation Trainings is a deep commitment to yourself.  It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to these training, it is no accident.  

NOTE: By paying the deposit for the training, you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have your payment refunded, minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc). 

Cancellation 90 Days or More Before the Event- before July 10th 2023

Full refund minus $150 Administration fee and bank costs

Cancellation 60 - 90 Days Before the Event – between July 10 -August 10

33% of your deposit or payment is retained if you want a refund. 

Cancellation 30 - 60 Days Before the Event- between August 11 -Sept 11

50% of your deposit or payment is retained if you want a refund.

Cancellation 29 - 15 Days Before the Event -Sept 12- Sept 27

75% of your deposit or payment is retained. 

Cancellation 0 - 15 Days Before the Event -Sept 28- Oct 12

No Refunds. 

   Illness Policy: 

If the training begins and we find someone has a contagious illness and we need to isolate them, we can offer no refunds or transfers because the costs will all have been paid.

Please take all precautions to ensure your health and minimize your risk of illness 5 days prior to the training. It is your responsibility to stay healthy and understand any risks you take prior to attending this event.

If the training begins and you decide to leave, there will be no refunds or forwarding of your payments.

If the training is canceled for any reason you will get a full refund for the amount you paid for the training.
