Logistics and Pricing

Event Times: arrive by 3 pm on June 11th, ends by 1 pm on June 15 with lunch after that.  Plan to leave by 3 pm.

This retreat includes:

  • 4 night, 5 day accommodations
  • 3 meals per day
  • Full day transformational process and teachings

We have a some pricing options with special pricing for repeat participants, and young adults aged 18-25. This is priced slightly higher than some ISTA trainings, because of the limited space and excellent food we will provide.

Regular admission = $1500- 1700 sliding scale US

Camping in your own tent  or RV = $200 off regular tickets only

 After you are accepted, send a deposit.

$500.00 US deposit per person secures your place.

Airfare and airport transfers to the venue are not included. Shuttles cost $50 one way per person, or $30 each for two people or more.  Or you can sign up on our ride board to share with other participants.

The site is 90 minutes from the Portland, OR airport.

Payment options include Venmo, Bank transfers, credit card or check.  You will get an email with more details when you are notified that you have a spot!


This is a summary.

We will be taking many steps to insure all of our safety, including:

*requiring a period of relative self seclusion for 5 days beforehand 

*refraining from risky practices such as going to large events with people you are not familiar with, 

*avoiding anyone who is sick, 

*we recommend, but don't require, getting a COVID test a within 2 days before the event and bringing the negative results with you.

*We will not do a rapid testing of everyone the day the event starts at the site.  please bring 2 tests with you in case you need them.

*If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the training.  

We all want to feel safe to explore and connect with each other! We know people have different beliefs around COVID and being safe with it, and we ask you to please abide by these guidelines to protect the organizers and other attendees.

 You may choose varying options, and prices below are for 6 nights during the training.
Bedding, mattresses and towels will be provided.
If you must have access to electricity, please note that on your registration.


Bring an RV or Tent

RV Parking or Tenting Discount:
$200 off Regular tickets only ($1300). You bring all your own bedding, towels etc.


Dorm or Bunkhouse Room

Most dorm rooms have four - 6 beds (either as bunks or standalone).  We will put only a few people in each room for more distancing.  Bunkhouses are large rooms with many beds, but we will only use a few spots there.

Each dorm floor has a shared hall bathroom.

Private Single Room

If you need a private room, we have a limited number of them.  Extra $300 charge, for one or two people.

Private Tarp Tent

If you need a private space, we have a limited number of large canvas tents.  Extra $150 charge.  They have metal bunk beds in them.  No electricity, not many windows. Don't keep food in them as they are not animal proof.


Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

A commitment to any of the Awakening The Inner Shaman Trainings is a deep commitment to yourself.  It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to these training, it is no accident.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, you may choose to have part of your payment applied to a future Awakening the Inner Shaman training anywhere in the world, minus an administration fee and bank costs (bank costs are fees incurred by us for credit card transactions, wire transfers, etc).  Depending on the date that you cancel, you will get more or less credit.

We can issue a refund or credit for a portion of your payment according to the following schedule.  

 If the world situation changes and we need to cancel the event at least one week before it starts, we will refund all money less our non-refundable expenses.

Cancellation 75 Days or More Before the Event- before March 1st

Full refund or credit minus $150 Administration fee and bank costs

60 days or more before the training –between March 15-April 14

40% of your deposit or payment is retained or credited. The balance of your payment could be forwarded.

Cancellation 30 - 60 Days Before the Event- between April 15- May 14

50% of your deposit or payment is retained. 

30 to 15 days before the training –May 15-31st

No Refund. 60% of your deposit or payment is retained.  

15 days or less before the training -June 1-16

No Refunds unless it is because of an active case of COVID 19 (see below).  70% of your deposit or payment is retained.  If we can fill your spot with someone else: We will refund you the whole price less $300 admin costs.

Cancellation due to Positive COVID test or illness in the last 1 week before the training: FAQ

Will I get a refund if my country requires me to get into quarantine when I return and I therefore decide not to attend the training?  NO, unless we can fill your spot.

Will I get a refund if the airline cancels my ticket or my flight? NO, unless we can fill your spot.

Will I get a full refund if my country's borders are closed?  YES

Will I get a full refund if I get a positive COVID test in the last week?  YES if you get tested twice with the same result, to make sure it's not a false positive, and send us a photo of the tests.

Will I get a full refund if I have COVID symptoms in the last 5 days before, but do not test positive?  (cough, difficulty breathing, runny nose, fever?  NO, you will get half your money back, unless we can fill your spot.

Will I get a full refund if the training is canceled for any reason?  YES

Full refund means you get back the total you paid, minus bank or credit card fees:  including your full payment, deposit and admin fee. Or you may choose to transfer your funds to another training.
