Creating Community/ Healthy Boundaries
with Gwenn Cody and Ray Cohen
How many of us say "yes" to things we don't actually want out of guilt or a fear of losing connection?
In many ways, "no" is the most daring and intimate response possible. If I can hear your "no", I can trust your "yes."
We'll practice the skills of self-awareness, transparency, and non-attachment, which help us find the space of mutually desired connection that is available with each person. We tend to look at boundary setting as ways we cannot connect and rarely see them as having real potential for deeper connection.
This is to free us up to have boundaries without judgment of ourselves or others. It is also designed to help us embrace diversity, and difference and creatively interact with it authentically. An important and fun orientation to our basic guidelines on relating to each other during the retreat.
TANTRIC DANCE and Movement
With Gwenn Cody and Jen Moss in the morning sessions
Everyone Welcome
Liberating self-expression and reducing self-consciousness is a huge part of becoming a beautiful lover. You don’t need to know how to dance to enjoy freeing your body! Our morning practices will include both guided and free movement to give deep permission to move our bodies and loosen rigid patterns to bring more room for ecstasy.

n our opening workshop, explore presence, vulnerability, curiosity, and conscious connection through a Tantric lens. Using guided partner practices, we’ll experiment with slowing down, noticing what’s happening in the body, expressing what’s true in the moment, and staying present with another person without needing to perform or get anywhere.

Understanding Your Arousal Sequence
With Jen Moss
Arousal isn’t simply an on/off switch. For many of us, it’s more like a series of doors—and one door may need to open before the next one even becomes accessible.
In this experiential workshop, well explore your arousal style through the lens of arousal stacking: how different forms of connection, anticipation, sensation, energy, context, and stimulation can build upon one another to create desire.
Your unique erotic sequence can help reveal not only what turns you on, but the order in which your arousal tends to unfold. Something that feels neutral or even distracting at the beginning of an encounter may feel completely different once the right doors have already opened.
Riding the Tiger
with Ray Cohen and Gwenn Cody
In this session we will practice activating the energy channels and open the subtle body in both solo and partnered practice. When we learn to build charge and bring it up through the body to the heart and to the third eye we can meet at a whole new level of erotic and spiritual connection.
“Riding the tiger” allows you to take deeper control of your sexual energy, learning to build and relax into deeper bliss and more explosive full body orgasms.
Conscious Connection Ceremony
(with various facilitators)
We will create a safe space for deep connection, respectful sensuality and intimacy, creative movement, play and touch.
You will connect with friends of all genders in a series of guided rituals that encourage you to be fully present as you share touch, eye contact, breathing, singing, toning, massage, meaningful conversation, etc.
Tantric Temple Massage
with Ray Cohen
Tantric massage is sensual and deep bodywork, done as a devotional practice, using sensual energy combined with long, sweeping strokes on the whole body. The massage strokes run along meridians and muscle fibers, and are slow and deep.
The emphasis is on treating each other’s body as a sacred temple, using continuous, flowing strokes, which move the energy throughout the body, leaving you both relaxed and energized. It is not so much about learning detailed techniques as it is creating a feeling of flow.
This will not involve fluid sharing, kissing, penetration or any touching other than with the hands. You will be at choice about the touch you receive and give.
Lead, Follow, Surrender: Taking Tantric Dance into the Bedroom
Making Love in the Unknown, a Practice for Awakening
With Jen Moss
What can tantric dancing teach us about being better lovers?
In both dance and intimacy, we’re constantly communicating without words—listening through the body, offering invitations, noticing responses, playing with rhythm and anticipation, and moving between leading, following, and simply being together.
In this playful, experiential workshop, we’ll explore how the skills of Tantric partner dance can translate into more connected, responsive, and pleasurable intimacy. We’ll practice attunement, embodied consent, giving and receiving, leading and following, pacing, anticipation, and learning to “listen” to another person through movement and touch.
No dance experience required, and definitely no fancy footwork. This isn’t about learning steps…it’s about learning how to partner.
Come discover what happens when we stop trying to perform intimacy and start learning to dance with it.
