Endarkenment: Being Your Full Self

With Jonathan Robinson
In trying to be more enlightened, we often suppress or lose touch with all the different parts of ourselves. In this playshop, we will discuss and experientially explore letting our "shadow" parts out to play.  This will include saying our judgments, expressing our sexual selves, and letting go of inhibitions.  In this gathering you will experience:
* How much we normally suppress our full selves
* What it would be like to be fully honest and uninhibited
* How it feels very freeing to let loose in a safe environment
* How fear of other's opinions largely runs our lives
* How to use certain methods to be more free--while not offending people
Because this workshop will explore shadow material, it may not be appropriate for people with egos that are easily triggered by the judgments of others. The group will be asked to stretch into normally suppressed forms of self expression. However, by exploring endarkenment, we can become more fully ourselves, less inhibited, and even more enlightened.

What's True For You?

With Dr. Deborah Bice
Some of us are returning participants who've met before, and some are meeting people here for the first time. One thing we have in common is our desire to know and be known, to love and be loved. Curious about how others' experience and desire is like or different from yours? In this session, you can develop new connections and deepen existing ones.
In a few different small groups, I will invite you to share the essence of "what's true for you," as your group takes turns responding to question prompts. The questions will definitely help others begin to know you, and possibly also help you learn new things about yourself.

*How to create an environment to "go deep" with someone quickly
*The one question that will blow your mind, and the one question that works with everyone
* How to use vulnerability to create a heart-filled connection
You will be given a sheet with several simple communication games, including 12 questions that you will use to pair up with a partner to experience how powerful these methods really are. You'll soon see that, with the right information and techniques, you can create a heartwarming exchange with anyone.

with Dr Stacy Ellis

This workshop is an opportunity to identify YOUR subconscious childhood learning. Get to the root of what triggers and stories are running your life and release the faulty learning at the neurological level. We replace the faulty learning with new beliefs about yourself and the world. This clears the nervous system of old learning and allows for new programming to happen. We also go through a deep experiential process of reconnecting to the subconscious inner child. You learn how to integrate the inner child and the logical adult so that you can be whole and functional together.

This is an introduction to Stacy's work that is presented in her 6 day trainings.

ZEGG Forum

(with various facilitators)

ZEGG Forum is a group process developed at the German community ZEGG to provide a stage for whatever is happening inside the person: one's true motivations, deep feelings, ideas and emotions. The Forum helps facilitate transparency, sharing and clarifying unsolved situations of daily life, and it can be a catalyst for one's own personal growth.

Authentic Relating Games

(with various facilitators)

Create new and authentic connections by getting to know people in fun and playful ways.  Authentic Relating Games creates a safe atmosphere for people to show up, exactly as they are, and connect from this place.  The games are aimed at keeping what is present in the moment very alive and exploring it together with child like curiosity.  Depending on the group, the games can be light and simple.  They can also get edgy pretty quickly.  You decide where you want the games to take you!  Enjoy the ride!

Experiencing Tantra

with Hema Latha

Explanation, experimentation & myth busting about Tantra

Have you ever wondered about what Tantra is? Come to this workshop to learn more about what Tantra is and more importantly, what it isn’t. We will do experiential exercises that will involve all of the five senses. A neo-Tantra inspired Heart Connection Ritual will be part of this workshop where you will develop deep connections with other people. Things will get juicy when we do a blindfolded meditation in movement with each other where you rely only on your sense of touch. Tantric Breathwork

With Amara Karuna
Breath is the most basic and deep pathway to move our energy.
We are trained from early on to breathe shallowly in order to control our feelings. Using the simple vehicle of breathing deeply and evocative music, we will take a shamanic journey into our energy bodies, with solo and partner practices.
Within a container of a ritual sacred circle, we will open the gates to our energy bodies and allow a cleansing of old stuck patterns.
Emotions and body movements may emerge as we take this journey.
We take time for integration and sharing after each journey.
This is a fully clothed, sensual event, that involves the choice of close body contact.

Consent and Pleasure

With Jenna Card
What keeps you from asking for what you really want? How do you navigate sensual, playful possibilities while staying connected to your whole self - both in limits (boundaries) and longings (desire)? Join Jenna In this interactive playshop where we will move beyond the basics of consent and bringing theory into exploration and experience.
You will have the opportunity to connect with the aliveness of your desire, reflect on what inhibits your expression, and explore how to articulate and maintain (healthy, uplifting!) boundaries. It’s through this dance of yeses and nos, that we can find the freedom and joy of giving and receiving consensual, playful pleasure!
We will draw from Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent, Nonviolent Communication and our collective, embodied consent & pleasure wisdom.
