Logistics and Pricing

We expect this event to sell out quickly.  Apply now to be sure you have a spot!

Event Times: arrive by 3 pm on November 8, ends by 1 pm on Nov 11th with lunch after that.  Plan to leave by 3 pm.

This retreat includes:

  • 3 night, 4 day accommodations
  • 3 meals per day
  • Full day transformational process and teachings

Special Registration- Earlybird Before Sept 5th $700 ( limited to 5)

After Sept 5th:

Low Income Ticket Shared space- $725 (limited to 10)

Regular Ticket Shared space= $775

Abundant Ticket Shared space=$875

Couple ticket = $1400

Special Registration- Young Adult 18-25  $700 (limited to 5)

$400 US deposit per person secures your place.  Balance due by Oct 7th.

  • To reserve your spot: Fill out the Application Form and send your payment after you get the acceptance letter.

Airfare and airport transfers to the venue are not included. Shuttles cost $50 one way per person, or $30 each for two people or more.  Or you can sign up on our ride form to share with other participants.

The site is 90 minutes from the Portland, OR airport.

Payment options include Venmo, Bank transfers, credit card or check.  You will get an email with more details when you are notified that you have a spot!


This is a summary.

We will be taking many steps to insure all of our safety, including:

*refraining from risky practices such as going to large events in the 3 days beforehand, 

*avoiding anyone who is sick, 

*We will not do a rapid testing of everyone the day the event starts.  Please bring 2 tests with you in case you need them.

*If you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the training.  

We all want to feel safe to explore and connect with each other! We know people have different beliefs around COVID and being safe with it, and we ask you to please abide by these guidelines to protect the organizers and other attendees.



 You may choose varying options, and prices below are for 3 nights during the training.
Bedding, mattresses and towels will be provided.
If you must have access to electricity, please note that on your registration.


Bring an RV

RV Parking Discount:
$100 off Regular or Abundant tickets only. You bring all your own bedding, towels etc.



Dorm Room

Most dorm rooms have four - 6 beds (either as bunks or standalone).  We will put only a few people in each room.

Each dorm floor has a shared hall bathroom.

Private Single Room

If you need a private room, we have a limited number of them.  Extra $100 charge, for one or two people.

Private Cabin

If you need a private space, we have a limited number of cabins that hold up to 4 people.  Extra $100 charge for private, no charge if shared.  They have wooden bunk beds in them.  No electricity, not many windows.


Because we have limited space available, we have a strict refund policy.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, depending on the date that you cancel, you will get more or less refunded.

We can issue a refund or credit for a portion of your payment according to the following schedule.  

Cancellation 30 Days or more Before the Event- before Oct 7th

Your payment is refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

30 to 15 days before the training –Oct 7-21

50% of your deposit or payment is retained.  

15 days or less before the training - Oct 22-Nov 7

No Refunds unless it is because of an active case of COVID 19.   Unless we can fill your spot with someone else; then we will refund you the whole price less $50 cancellation fee.

 If the world situation changes and we need to cancel the event at least one week before it starts, we will refund all money less our non-refundable expenses.
