Loving Connections Neo-Tantra Ritual

You are invited to join us in celebrating the Light inside ourselves and each other.  We will create a safe space for deep connection, respectful sensuality and intimacy, creative movement, play and touch.

The process includes some creative dance, compassionate listening, sensual mediations, and massage. Some gentle yoni and lingam massage will be invited as an option you might choose.

You are invited to join us in celebrating the mystery of our energetic bodies, and how we can play with them together! Sacred Pampering Ceremony

Would you love to be pampered? We can do a lot to help each other feel happy and nurtured in this sensual, yet non-sexual event.
Our pampering practices will be massage, compassionate listening as they share whatever is in their heart, cuddles or cradling as the receiver wishes, head pampering (hairbrushing, head or face massage, eye gazing) as the receiver wishes, contact improv dancing to lovely music. and sensory meditations as the person lays blindfolded.
We will end with a general cuddle time in one group. Instruction will be given to help you be clear with what you do and don't want in terms of touch and pampering.
Please bring some finger food like cut up fruit, nuts, crackers, chocolate.  This is a fully clothed, sensual event. 

Sacred Body Ceremony

A powerful ritual where we create a sacred space to adore and honor each other's physical forms as the magical, amazing, divine creations that they are.  We use fantasy and imagery, costumes, offerings, and light, reverent non-sexual touch to step out of our usual personalities and drop into deeper levels of awareness.
This will have a clothing optional segment, for those who wish to be "skyclad".  
Please be comfortable with group nudity, and bring flowers and sacred objects and jewelry for offerings.

Tantric Breathwork

Are you wanting to move some stuck areas in your being or life path?
Breath is the most basic and deep pathway to move our energy.
We are trained from early on to breathe shallowly in order to control our feelings. Using the simple vehicle of breathing deeply and evocative music, we will take a shamanic journey into our deep subconscious, assisted by a witness.
 
Within a container of a ritual sacred circle, we will open the gates to our energy bodies and allow a cleansing of old stuck patterns.
Emotions and body movements may emerge as we take this journey, and they can be deep and intense. Whatever arises is welcome.
 
We take time for integration and sharing after each journey.

Blissflow Intimate Couples Massage

Lingam Honoring

Lingams (penises) are powerful channels of electricity, love and healing energy. Learn to empower and energize your lingam, as the lightning giver that it is! We will offer several ways of passively receiving touch on lingams, by those who choose to be givers.
 
The ritual focuses on honoring each lingam as a sacred wand of light. This workshop does not require partners, but needs equal numbers of men and women to be really great, or only men attending. Bring a blindfold and a sarong or other light cloth for covering genitals.

Opening the Back Door

Anal & Prostate Healing Massage
The anal area is a place that holds a lot of tension and emotions, that is often avoided.
Yet it is rich in pleasurable nerve endings and opening this area can release deep seated issues around shame, surrender, survival and physical health.
This is a unique and amazing kind of slow and healing touch on the anal area, which most people have never experienced. People of any gender can benefit from therapeutic touch in this area. It is especially important for prostate health, as the prostate tends to accumulate toxins and many men have issues with it swelling.
Gentle massage is great for it! And it can open new levels of sexual pleasure for a man.
It is relaxing, nurturing, healing and pleasurable all at once. Treat yourself!
This class requires a partner. We will be doing hands on practice trades.

Sacred Spot Demonstration

In this 2 hour event, we will get an introduction to the sexual healing work known as Sacred Spot Massage. Basic theory and intention will be presented, and students will have a change to do the external preparatory pelvic massage on themselves.
 
A demonstration will be given of the internal work on a woman, or a man, or both, depending on the time allotment and interest. Doing both requires at least 4 hours.
 
Directions are given out for people to try the work at home.
The event requires a warm private space, and people willing to be demonstration models.
Bring pillows and fold out pads, sarongs.

This is very deep work that touches into our core channel energies, and can bring up strong emotions and be very transformative. 
It is wonderful for healing any issues around sexuality, body image and for expanding our capacity for aliveness, pleasure, juiciness and full body orgasms.
This massage is extremely powerful and effective to prepare for birthing, and for the general health of the pelvic area. It is great for healing traumas, improving sexual experiences, and deepening sacredness in relationships.
 
        Amara's intention is to make this work available at an affordable rate, since many similar trainings are not accessible without a lot of time & cost.

Introduction to SPH Massage Class- Pt 1

Part 1: Introduction, Clothed Self Massage and Buttock Massage
        This class is an introduction to the techniques and theory of sacred nurturing massage to the pelvis, perineum and genital area.   Learn how to share slow and nurturing healing touch with your lovers and friends.
       
 This will be an overview of the work, including external self massage, discussion, and will not include nudity.  You do not need to attend with a friend.  We will do self massage around our own pelvic and external genital area, with clothes on.  Wear loose clothes.  We will also exchange some awesome massage of the buttocks!
Open to all, no experience needed, no nudity.

Part 2 Demos and Instruction

This class will include a demonstration of the powerful external and internal massage techniques to open and relax the pelvic area and genitals, and a practice time in pairs.  
This section is a prerequisite for those who have never taken a training with Amara, and will include anatomy, reflexology of the sexual organs, instructions on techniques and demonstrations on both male and female models.
You do not need a partner for this section. Be comfortable with group nudity and emotional release work.
 
Not recommended for people who are beginners in healing and emotional work.
If you do not have a partner, you might find one at the introductory class.

Part 3 Practice Sessions

This class will include a chance for hands on practice with a partner, while being guided through a series of nurturing moves.  Parts 1 and 2 are prerequisites.  We will do one session on a man, and one on a woman. The focus will be on nurturing touch, and not on sexual stimulation, although we are open to that occurring.
Topics include:
*Discussion and sharing around our past sexual experiences
*Nurturing touch of the hip and pelvic area, perineum, and internal massage of the "Sacred Spot" and prostate massage.  (All techniques are optional; you choose to do internal work or not.)
*Various massage techniques for releasing adhesions in the tissues around the genitals
You must attend with a partner who you know.  Same sex partners are fine.

Shakti Breast Nurturing

Open and energize your sacred female Shakti energy using visualization and movement.
Many women carry shame or fear around our breasts, and this is a chance to clear some of that in a safe supportive circle.  Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners of Tantra & other arts.
 
We will be learning Taoist qigong and self breast massage techniques for building our physical energy and keeping our breasts toned and healthy. 
 
 We will give each other short breast massages and experience the wonderful relaxation and hormonal balancing from that.

Shakti Pelvic Healing Massage

Womyn healing Womyn
We will learn hands on sacred spot healing massage, in pairs or triads and with longer sessions for practice. 
This will involve external self massage practice, a demonstration of the work for women, and then a practice session trade led by Amara. 
 
We will learn the basic yoni massage and nurturing techniques, and some gently unwinding orthobionomy techniques for the internal areas. 
 
We'll work with the emotions that arise as we release the past pain, tension and trauma that may have occurred in these sacred parts of our bodies, in the sacred container of the women's circle.

Triple Goddess Yoni Ritual

This ritual involves 3 women in the roles of Maiden, Mother and Crone Goddesses.  The bodies of the women become living altars to each Goddess energy, as she sits partially veiled, decorated with jewelry and finery, with her yoni in view, legs open. 
Event can be done with mixed genders or only women. 
Each participant has the opportunity to make flower offerings and prayers at each of the stations of the Goddess, and to speak to that archetype of energy, however it has played out in their lives. 
The Priestesses practice self effacement and allowing the large Goddess to come through them in that moment, and may respond to the worshipers.  It is a powerful and moving ritual, and can be done with multi genders, or just women.

Yoni Revelations

Taoist Practices and Pelvic Exercises
(Open to people with yonis)
This is a beautiful experience of cultivating your sexual/sensual Goddess energy, and strengthening your loving connection with your body.
* Our own experiences and attitudes toward our yonis
* Taoist qigong, and pelvic exercises for building our physical energy and keeping our yoni toned and healthy. This is much more detailed than Kegels!
Learn how to flex your clitoris, and isolate the various rings of muscles inside and out.
* We will look at our own yonis in a mirror.  Bring hand mirrors, wear a sarong or skirt.  This is a very liberating and empowering activity that helps us move beyond shame and into admiration and amazement of our own bodies.

We will discuss the hidden structure of the clitoris and Sacred Spots, and female ejaculation.  Then we will do mirror work, with each women looking at her yoni with the others around to support, as she notices the unique design she carries.
 
        Our last process will be blessing and adorning each other's yonis with flowers and jewelry, and taking a photos of the yoni altars that we create. 
 
The group will create a magical intention for the protection and respect of each woman's yoni.
